What we’re about
Omaha Open Mic Meetup Group is a community of comedians, musicians, artists, poets and more and those that appreciate them, whos come together to share their passions. The group provides a platform for aspiring and seasoned artists to perform their material in front of a live audience, receive feedback, and hone their craft.
This event is open to all, ages 18 and over. Sign up is encouraged, but walkins are welcome as time allows.
This group is not just for performers, but also for their audience. You never know what you'll discover.
Joining us is a great way to meet like-minded people, network with otherss and improve your skills as a performer. Whether you're a seasoned performer or just starting out, there's something for everyone in this group. So, if you're looking for a fun and welcoming community, consider joining us.

Are you the kind of person who can light up a room, welcome a crowd, and keep the energy flowing from the first joke to the last song? Beach House Bar & Grill is looking for an Open Mic Host — someone personable, engaging, and ready to build a community of performers and fans from the ground up.
🎭 Comedy is our cornerstone, but we welcome all artists — poets, musicians, storytellers, weirdos, and wonders. You don’t have to be a comedian, but you do need a vibe.
What We’re Looking For:- A magnetic personality who can draw performers and audience
- Comfort on the mic and ability to keep the night moving
- Willingness to help shape the format and grow the crowd
- Optional: skills in promotion
- What You Get: Tips, traction, and a tab
- A chance to build something special from scratch
- Support from a venue that loves creative chaos and community

Thursday 11/6 and 11/13, late
Bring your best energy and show us how you’d run the night.
Interested? Email info@beachhouse-omaha.com with a quick intro and why you’re the one, plus which night works best for you. We will send you back a slot for one of those nights. Slots are 10 minutes on stage and 5 minutes with the venue to prove your point.
