Matt Pickens - Real Estate Developments and Essential Accounting

Matt Pickens oversees development and acquisitions for the Percipio Partners and serves on its Investment Committee. Percipio owns and manages agricultural, multifamily, and commercial assets and is seeking to acquire, build, or partner on projects in the Midwest and Southeast. Matt sometimes describes what he does as catalyzing business and, by extension, creating positive change for communities. He is going to go over some basic and advanced accounting principles and strategies along with a brief overview of a recent development project.
