✨ Highlights:

• Just 30–40 minutes from Muscat
• Short 10-minute hike to reach Sa’al Cave
• Practice multiple short drops inside the cave (8–12m) until you're confident with the technique
• Learn how to ascend using ropes and specialized SRT equipment (optional)
• No 4x4 required to reach the area
