Tracking how teams actually use AI is harder than it looks — most tools offer poor visibility, and self-reporting is rarely reliable. One engineer, too lazy to track his own AI usage, built a server to do it for him. That lazy move turned into a smarter system that shows leaders exactly how and where AI is being used. This talk explores how we shifted from assumptions to data, and what that unlocked for decision-making.

Also: he appreciates a good lazy shortcut, especially if it turns into something useful.

Rasa has led diverse technical teams across corporate and startup environments. Known for her clear thinking and calm under pressure, she’s passionate about growing leaders, building healthy team structures, and making sure processes serve people — not the other way around.
