🎙️ Talks
1. Hire Lazy People
Rokas Cechanavičius, Engineering Director
Tracking how teams actually use AI is harder than it looks — most tools offer poor visibility, and self-reporting is rarely reliable. One engineer, too lazy to track his own AI usage, built a server to do it for him. That lazy move turned into a smarter system that shows leaders exactly how and where AI is being used. This talk explores how we shifted from assumptions to data, and what that unlocked for decision-making.
2. Same Job, Different Game
Rasa Šiuipytė, Engineering Director
Switching from a leadership role in a large company to one in a startup sounds like a title swap — but the reality is much messier. This talk dives into the day-to-day shifts: how speed, process, ownership, and scope evolve when the environment around you changes. A story about adapting fast, staying effective, and reshaping what “leadership” means.
