Come and join in Reiki discussions and practice. We'll be trying out several different techniques, practising some powerful meditation exercises and working together to increase our energy with group healing.

Traditional Japanese Reiki divides energy into two broad categories: 'earth' energy and 'heavenly' energy.
Earth energy might loosely be defined as energy that is especially connected to the lower 3 chakras, while 'heavenly' energy is more connected to the upper 3 chakras (the heart chakra acts as a bridge between the two).
At this practice night, we will practise amplifying our Reiki healing by tapping into higher vibrational 'heavenly' energy, which is often drawn in through our upper chakras.
At the end of the night, you will feel relaxed, energetically charged, and even more connected to your healing 'powers'.
