Come and join in Reiki discussions and practice. We'll be trying out several different techniques, practising some powerful meditation exercises and working together to increase our energy with group healing.

Namaste Healer,
At this practice session, we're going to work on something experimental, yet powerful: Rune Reiki.
Runes are symbols, and symbols have energy, so we can happily integrate them into our Reiki practice (just like Reiki symbols).
On the evening, we'll tune into the energy of three Elder Futhark Runes to help us increase the power of our Reiki, connect more to Source, and find inner calm.
So if you're feeling daring and are open to dabbling with something a little non-standard, come and join us. You'll go away feeling refreshed, charged and optimistic about the endless possibilities Reiki presents to us.
