For many Reiki healers, the precepts are little more than a minor detail that is discussed during their Reiki 1 class and then forgotten about.

But for the founder of Reiki, Mikao Usui, they lay at the heart of his entire healing system, and when used intelligently, they can add tremendous depth to our Reiki practice.

At this practice night, we will use them to heal blocks and expand our energy field.
