What we're about

Welcome to our practice group!

Join us to experience deep peace and relaxation in a friendly setting, ideal for beginners and those who are just curious!

I'm currently offering donation-based community yoga classes online on Thursdays at 7pm courtesy of the First Parish Church in Billerica and a meditation group on Monday night at 9pm.

Weekly Yoga - Designed to accommodate all levels and abilities, this class follows the traditional Integral Yoga format. The meditative flow includes asana (postures), pranayama (breathing), Sanskrit chanting, and yoga nidra—a refreshing yogic sleep practice. If you’re intimidated by yoga, this is the class for you!

Monday Night Meditation Group - Deepen your meditation practice with a variety of tools and techniques, including sound (bowls, bells, mantra, music), breath, posture, visualization, mudras, and affirmations. During these sessions we will also learn about sacred and medicinal traditions from around the world, including the use of ritual and space, oils and smudge, crystals and subtle energy.

1:1 Sessions - Book a healing session with me through calendly.com/deepfieldhealing (http://www.calendly.com/deepfieldhealing).

Monday Night Meditation

Online event

Learn to meditate with mantra and pranayama. This will be a 30 min session that opens and closes with Sanskrit prayers, and includes 8 minutes of pranayama and 15 minutes of silent meditation. You are welcome to continue meditating once we close the Zoom call. To help focus the mind, it is recommended to silently chant mantras or concentrate on an object of focus (drishti) such as a candle flame. Prayer beads 📿 (mala or rosary) are very beneficial for the practice of mantra repetition (japa). INSTRUCTIONS Please prepare a distraction-free space where you will not be disturbed. You are encouraged to use cushions, blocks, meditation benches, etc. as props so you can sit upright comfortably for the duration of the session. Many people also like to wear an outer covering, like a shawl or blanket, while meditating. It is ideal if you set up an altar and light a candle. This is essential for the integrity and purity of the energy of the group.
