This course addresses the major regulation and compliance measures in place in the financial services industry. These regulations/requirements span all of finance from retail and consumer banking to hedge funds, private equity, investment banks and institutional banking. The course is intended to provide a high-level understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements of all providers in the financial services industry. It will cover:

1. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies and practices;
2. Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements;
3. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FPCA) restrictions and training requirements, and a number of other constraints on corporate an individual behavior in financial services.
