Have you ever noticed that what you see in movies or on TV about intimacy doesn't always match up with your own experiences?

Do you find it hard to even figure out what you want when it comes to intimacy?

Do you ever wish you could have real, heartfelt conversations about intimacy, but something inside you makes it difficult, even with your long-term partner?

A lot of times, the way men think about intimacy gets oversimplified. Movies, TV shows, and big names often talk about intimacy in only one way, which doesn't leave much room for the real thoughts and feelings that a lot of men hold inside.

When we were growing up, intimacy was something we were supposed to just know about. Talking about it with our parents was awkward, if it happened at all. And we didn't really talk deeply about it with our friends either; we mostly looked for their approval rather than getting into the nitty-gritty.

But the truth is, having open and honest conversations about intimacy is really important for keeping a strong and lasting connection in a long-term relationship. But these talks are really tough. Starting these discussions can feel like talking a big risk, or even like we're not really grown ups.

In this space we'll dig into:

  • The mixed-up ideas the world gives us about sex.

  • What's stopping us from talking about things openly and how we can figure out what we really want (or don't want) when it comes to sex.

  • How our thoughts about sex might be affecting other parts of our lives.

If you're feeling any doubts or unhappiness about intimacy that seem hard to deal with, this is a place where you can talk freely. Or not, if you prefer. We're going to dive into all the different things that make intimacy what it is, and you'll have a chance to explore how you can start having better, more meaningful talks about it.

Let's have a real conversation about all the layers that make intimacy, well, intimate. And let's figure out how to start having better talks about it.

This free session includes the following parts:

Check in — an opportunity to share what's going on for you and what you would like to get from the session (you’ll have about a minute and you can share as much or as little as you wish)

Core Discussion - this is the main chunk of the session which we always keep interactive.

Check-out — Each man has a minute to share what he learned or any insights/thoughts/actions they take from the session.
