Google Tools (and Tacos) for Journalists

In this interactive training, Sandra Gonzalez, who will show you how to use Google tools to create beautiful data visualizations from local statistics, view popular searches in your area to get story ideas, use mapping tools to enhance your stories, and other reporting techniques that go beyond the search bar.

We'll have food from Tacos A Go Go. Come for the tacos, stay for cool tips! ONLY PEOPLE WHO RSVP WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING SO PLEASE BE SURE TO DO SO.

Laptops are encouraged. It will be easier to review the tools on a laptop.
