Parking for the Hacks/Hackers Event: There is some metered parking on 2nd Street, and there are commercial parking structures one block south on Figueroa St., at either the WH Grand Hotel, or across the street at the L.A. World Trade Center.

The buildings at The Park are color-coded, and the event is on the 2nd Floor of the YELLOW building.

Join us for a Meetup with Hacks/Hackers Los Angeles! The Los Angeles Times Data Desk team will give a behind-the-scenes tour of their work. Members of the Data Desk will then take the stage to explain how they developed a recent project. Audience members have the opportunity to ask questions of all involved.

The Los Angeles Times Data Desk is one of the top data journalism teams in the country, so don’t miss this rare inside look at how they do what they do.
