ONA NJ presents: Mindful Yoga for Journalists
Sadie Bazur Leidy will lead this 60-minute slow flow to work toward building heat and creating space in the body.
We will focus on a series of breathing techniques and use our breath to guide movement. We will leave time at the end of the session to answer questions about mindfulness that attendees might have.
This class is open and accessible to all levels.
