We will start the group with sharing are names . Then start with light conversations about urselves . It will take time to get comfortable with each and with each conversation we will feel that way and open us into the light . Then a meditation and a prayer for urselves and others . Just light conversations about things that are helpful and are up lifting for us . So take my hand to a higher places .
