Once Upon a Meetup

Let’s spend a magical afternoon at Disney’s Animal Kingdom - with a mix of drinks, rides, creativity, and optional evening fun! We'll meet in the Tree of Life area (just outside Island Mercantile) at 2pm.

We’ll start by meeting up in the park to casually stroll through the lands, grab a refreshing drink, maybe ride a ride, and enjoy the atmosphere together. Then, around 3:30PM, we’ll head to Rafiki’s Planet Watch for the Animation Experience at 4PM where you'll learn to draw a classic Disney character with guidance from a Disney artist! No drawing skills required - just bring your imagination.

🎨 Animation Experience Details:

• Takes place at Rafiki’s Planet Watch (we’ll take the Wildlife Express Train together)
• Runs approximately 25-30 minutes
• Great opportunity to relax and get creative!

After the session, feel free to stick around! The park is open until 8:00 PM, so we’ll keep it flexible:
🌿 Optional group dinner (walk-up or quick service)
🌌 A visit to Pandora (most likely Flight of Passage) to stay past close and see it glow at dusk

Join us for a delicious day of sipping, snacking, and strolling around the world at the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival!

We’ll be meeting at 11:00 AM at the front of the park (between Gateway Gifts and Spaceship Earth) to kick things off together (or feel free to join later - just post a message here!). From there, we’ll make our way through World Showcase and the Global Marketplaces, sampling small bites, drinks, and festival-exclusive treats along the way.

This is a casual, go-with-the-flow kind of event - perfect for new friends, fun conversations, and foodie adventures. We’ll take our time, enjoy the vibes, and let our tastebuds lead the way!

You’re invited to join us for delicious German cuisine, live music, and communal tables in this charming, Bavarian-style setting.

⏰ Meet-up Options:

• Option 1: Want an afternoon at Epcot? Meet us at 4 PM at the front of the park — between Gateway Gifts and Spaceship Earth. We can walk around and ride some rides first.
• Option 2: Prefer to head straight to dinner? Meet us at Biergarten Restaurant in Germany (World Showcase) by 6:30 PM.

🍽️ Please arrive NO later than 6:30 to ensure everyone is present so we can check-in and be seated on time.
🎟️ Note: Valid EPCOT admission is required to attend this event.

Dust off your costumes and grab your treat bags - it’s time for a spooktacular night of magic, mischief, and Mickey-shaped candy at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party!

We’ll plan to gather in front of Tony's Town Square around 4 PM, right after early entry opens. This will be a casual, come-and-go group, feel free to wander or rejoin for any of the activities.

Loose plans involve:

• Taking advantage of lower wait times to ride some rides
• Exploring some special-event-only treats
• Trick or Treating
• Fireworks @ 10pm
• Boo To You Parade @ 11:15pm
• Hocus Pocus Villains Spectacular @ midnight
