The date and the location is set.
As usual there will be 2x 25min talks on the topic of data and design.
Speaker 1 (in German): Arne Haeger (http://linkedin.com/in/arnehaeger) will talk as the head of newsdesign at SRF about the system they have developed to introduce complex topics in news. His talk will show insights, use-cases, learnings and challenges of storytelling in the context of fast media production.
Speaker 2: Ilya Boyandin (http://linkedin.com/in/ilyabo) from Teralytics will talk about visualizing human mobility and the challenges posed by the complexity of data on large-scale geographic movement. Addressing these challenges makes it possible to extract useful insights which can help improve the transport infrastructure and mobility services in our cities.
