토요일 아침 10시, 마음 챙겨서 함께 명상해요.
바쁜 한 주, 열심히 달려온 나에게 휴식을 선물하세요.
은덕문화원은 [서울미래유산]에 선정된 한옥입니다. 창덕궁 서쪽 돌담길을 따라 걷다보면 나오지요.
프로그램은 약 한시간 반이 걸립니다. 한주동안 어떻게 지냈는지 이야기를 나누고, 몸풀기 요가를 한 뒤, 잠시 쉽니다. 그리고 앉아서 하는 명상(좌선)을 이어갑니다. 명상을 마친 후에 간단히 정리하는 요가를 합니다. 프로그램은 명상을 여러 각도에서 연구하고 수련하신 교무님의 지도에 따라 진행됩니다.
* 참여비는 5000원입니다. (예약하고 오지 않으시는 분들이 간혹 계시기 때문입니다. 개인컵을 가져오시면 ‘까페 마고’에서 아메리카노로 교환해드립니다.)
* 영어통역이 필요한 경우, 무상통역을 제공합니다.
* 편안한 옷을 입고 오세요. 몸을 많이 움직이고, 오래 앉아있게 되니까요.
* 장소가 협소한 관계로 12명까지만 신청 받겠습니다.
* 발열, 기침, 인후통, 근육통 등 의심증상이 있을 경우에는 모두의 안전을 위해 집에서 계시길 바랍니다.

Come and join us every Saturday morning.
Eundeok Culture Center(은덕문화원) is a Seoul Future Heritage. You may have already walked past it during your visit to Changdeok Palace.
The whole program takes about two hours. Roughly an hour of warming up yoga, a few minutes of rest, and then we meditate, under the guidance of our leader, Yang Gyomunim. He has been studying and practicing meditation for a long time.
* The fee is 5,000 KRW. (This is to prevent No-Shows. If you bring your own cup, we will fill it up with Americano from the cafe next door)
* **English Translation** will be provided when needed. Please inquire beforehand. Sometimes I might not be able to attend the session due to my work.
* Please wear something comfy. We will be moving our body a lot and also will be sitting down for a long time.
* We can host up to 12 people. Please RSVP first.
* Please be reminded that you must stay at home if you have any fever and/or respiratory symptoms. (cough, sore throat, muscle pain and such)
