One Love Cycling Club Ride

We meet behind the 7Eleven/Exxon at the Westgate Square Shopping Centre.
We meet by 6:45am and we ride out of the parking lot at 7:00am sharp.

There are Three groups
Group A: 22+++ mph depending headwinds, with sprints and regroup after sprints. This is a drop group.
Group B: 18-22 mph NO Drop ride. WE keep the ride together. T
Group C: 15-18mph. no Drop ride. We usually go in the park.

This club ride is open to everyone. There is no charge to join.
We stop for all stop lights and obey all traffic rules
