In celebration of Earth Day 🌎 this Saturday, marking the beginning of a community effort to add 100 trees across the local area.
We’re supporting the City of Miami Springs in planting these trees—helping bring more shade to streets, improve air quality, and strengthen the environment.
This project will take place over 4 planting days across the next month. (04/25, 05/02, 05/09, 05/16)
Each morning begins at 8:30am with a short group briefing and retrieval of our baby trees before we head out in cars to different planting locations. 🌳 (You’ll want to be on time for this one 💚)
This is a hands-on morning focused on creating visible environmental impact—trees that will continue growing and shaping the spaces people live in long after the event is over.
No experience is needed. ❤️
✨ What to expect:
• Tree planting across multiple local sites
• Group travel between planting locations
• Outdoor, physical volunteer work
• Meeting others involved in environmental action
🧢 What to bring:
• Comfortable clothes for outdoor activity
• Closed-toe shoes
• Cold water, sunscreen, and anything needed for a morning outside
• Garden gloves (if you would like to use your own, but will also be provided)
