Come enjoy two hours of releasing stress, allowing in care, and rejuvenating your energy!
Designed with helpers, healers and caregivers in mind, this experience will fill your cup with kindness and resilience, and you'll walk away with tools to use in your daily life. You can expect yoga (trauma sensitive), guided meditation and breathwork, and a small activity.
All bodies and experience levels are welcome.
