In this monthly practice, we'll use mindfulness based strategies, meditation practices, mantras and more for connecting to and fostering our most caring relationship with our Self.

Maitri is a word for being friends with ourself, or self-compassion. As most of us learned to have a pretty harsh relationship with ourself (like just being used to those pesky and painful self-critical thoughts), learning a different relationship with ourself is a journey. It starts exactly where you are, but the destination (and transformation) possibilities are endless!

Join me every month to practice with me. It truly is a practice! And if we really want what's on the other side (feeling more calm and balanced, resilient in any stressful situation, better relationships with everyone around us, etc) then we need to keep showing up. Just like any other relationship in your life, it only gets deeper by continuing to truly and intentionally show up.
