Weekly 30 min live (recorded on Zoom) sessions, Fridays 3pm CT starting April 24th.
Each session includes wisdom teachings form Tallerita, invitation to participate in experiential activities for honoring, celebrating, and communing with Nahsadzaan.

Each session will be about 30 minutes and include teachings and experiential activities to connect to, honor Nahasdzaan/Mother Earth.
Between sessions you'll receive a follow-up, self-reflection questions and ways to encourage further engaged and explore your relationship with Earth.
