What we’re about
Constitution of the One-ness Circle 🌿
Preamble
We, the members of this circle, gather in recognition of the truth that all is One. We affirm that everything is already whole and that peace is our natural state. Through mutual respect, openness, and self-responsibility, we create a community rooted in freedom, compassion, and joy.
Article I – Oneness
We acknowledge that beneath all appearances, there is only One reality. Diversity of expression is celebrated as the play of that Oneness.
Article II – Okayness
We affirm that everything is fundamentally okay. Life unfolds as it does, and we meet it with acceptance and openness.
Article III – Self-Responsibility
Each member is responsible for their own circumstances, perceptions, and experiences. We honor the power of self-awareness and self-creation.
Article IV – Freedom of Expression
All opinions, perspectives, and questions are welcome. There is no hierarchy of voices here. We listen with respect, knowing truth shines in many forms.
Article V – Sacred Texts and Teachings
We embrace the wisdom of:
• The Ashtavakra Gita
• The Advaita Vedanta tradition
• The Law of Attraction followed by law of allowing and deliberate creation
These serve as guiding lights, not dogmas.
Article VI – Desire and Creation
We affirm that wanting and desiring is natural and good. Desire is the creative force of life. Yet, our peace and happiness remain independent of desire’s fulfillment. We rest in joy as our true nature, allowing creation to unfold playfully.
Article VII – Nonviolence and Unconditional Love
We recognize that within existence there are entities and beings who engage in and practice violence. In the spirit of unconditional love, we acknowledge that such expressions are permitted within the vast play of life.
• As a group, we do not judge or condemn violence, nor do we point fingers at those who practice it.
• Yet, in alignment with our shared values, we choose not to engage in violence ourselves—whether through action, word, or intention.
• We hold this principle not from judgment, but from clarity: that we do not wish violence to live in our midst.
Article VIII – Mutual Support
As individuals and as a group, we commit to supporting one another in our desires, goals, and creative visions.
• We recognize that the group itself may hold collective desires and intentions, which we shall work toward together.
• All decisions—including organizational and financial—will be made democratically, with equal voice for all members.
Article IX – Financial Principles
- Contributions: The group shall be supported through monthly member subscriptions. In addition, voluntary donations may be made by members at any time.
- Expenses: All expenses related to group meetings, events, and collective desires will be covered by group members collectively.
- Transparency: The contents of our accounting will be announced and displayed regularly, ensuring openness and trust.
- Roles: Organizational and other member roles (such as treasurer, facilitator, or coordinator) will be awarded democratically and rotated as needed.
Article X – Community Principles
In this group we commit to:
- Support each other in realizing our true nature.
- Celebrate differences while recognizing unity.
- Share from authenticity, without judgment.
- Honor peace, compassion, and inner freedom above all.
- Allow wisdom and creativity to arise naturally, without force or control.
- Practice fairness, democracy, and transparency in all group matters.
Closing Statement
This constitution is not a cage of rules but a mirror of our shared intention: to remember who we are. In Oneness we meet, in openness we stay, and in joy we create.
We are One. All is well.
