All Levels Vinyasa - Community Yoga Class

Hi Everyone!
I am celebrating my 11th year of teaching yoga by hosting a Community Class at Anuttara Yoga Shala in Fort Lauderdale. This is an all levels Vinyasa class and is donation based.

It will be taught in the Maha Kula UNHEATED room at the studio. Looking forward to seeing you there.
