Whether you're a beginner or simply seeking a calming practice, this class focuses on breath awareness, gentle stretches, and restorative postures to release tension and promote inner peace.
Greg Nardi, Program Director for "Yoga 4 Change" in South Florida, brings his deep understanding of yoga history and trauma-informed practices to this class. His passion for inclusivity ensures that everyone, regardless of experience or background, can fully enjoy the benefits of yoga.
Ideal for all levels, this class is especially supportive for those recovering from injury or managing stress. By the end of each session, you’ll feel balanced, grounded, and deeply relaxed—a perfect way to nurture both body and mind.
