The space shifts based on our group size:
For intimate gatherings (up to 8 people), we'll practice in the infrared saunas — letting the heat support the work.
For larger groups, we'll gather in the FX Zone with studio speakers and ambient music — more space, same intention.
This isn't about clearing your mind or doing it "right." It's about showing up, being present, and letting the practice meet you where you are.

About Your Guide
Sam Neseim is a certified meditation teacher, Unity chaplain, and the owner of HOTWORX Brushy Creek. He blends Eastern contemplative practices with A Course in Miracles and years of experience helping people find clarity in the middle of chaos. His approach is grounded, practical, and deeply human.

Each month, we'll gather for a themed meditation in the heat. Some months will focus on forgiveness, others on vision, releasing fear, or simply being present. The practice stays consistent. The theme shifts with the season.
