Join us for a guided hiking meditation at Rough Hollow Lakeside—a reflective experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and see things more clearly.

We’ll walk together in nature, using movement, stillness, and gentle guidance through wireless headphones to support a deeper return to presence.

The journey unfolds naturally in three phases:
Release (The Ascent)
We begin by setting a simple intention—letting go of what’s been building and allowing the rhythm of the walk to soften the mind.

Open (The Summit)
At the overlook, we pause to reflect and write in a custom journal designed for this experience. There’s space to share, or simply sit with what’s arising.

Receive (The Descent)
On the way back, we walk in quiet awareness—allowing insights, clarity, and new perspectives to emerge on their own.

Preparing for the hike:

  • The trail is moderately challenging—please review the trail details and terrain on the AllTrails to prepare accordingly
  • Bring water, wear comfortable shoes, and dress for the weather
  • We’ll be on the trail for about 2 hours. At times, we may move a little beyond that—depending on the pace of the group and the space we give for reflection.
    You’re always welcome to leave earlier if needed.
