π Join us for our first One Mindful Book Club event! We'll be exploring clinical psychologist Dr Lisa Miller's book The Awakened Brain. The book is described as being "A groundbreaking exploration of the neuroscience of spirituality and a bold new paradigm for health, healing, and resilience."
π We don't want to add lots to your plate, so if you don't finish it or don't read it at all, that is totally fine too! Our discussion will be open for all, regardless of if you've read the book as the themes are so universal and very human.
π Find a copy at the library or listen free on Spotify if you are a subscriber.
π Time: Doors open at 7:15, and we start the session at 7:30
π Location: We meet in the Wellington Friends Centre at the end of Moncrieff Street, up the steps and in the room to the right.
π» Unable to join us in person? The session will also be streamed on Zoom, meeting room number 919-527-2569. There's no passcode on the room, but you will need to be signed in with a Zoom account to join the meeting.
