A meditation practice brings enormous benefits to your daily life. Developing and sustaining these benefits means going deeper - reflecting on how you see the world and other people. The Buddha taught 'the eight-fold path' as a framework for living well, improving relationships, and as a pathway towards awakening and liberation. Come along to join the discussion!
We'll also be meditating together as a group. Everyone is welcome, even if you haven't meditated before.
๐ Time: Doors open at 7:15, and we start the session at 7:30
๐ Location: We meet in the Wellington Friends Centre at the end of Moncrieff Street, up the steps and in the room to the right.
๐ป Unable to join us in person? The session will also be streamed on Zoom, meeting room number 919-527-2569. There's no passcode on the room, but you will need to be signed in with a Zoom account to join the meeting.
