This week we’ll explore Right Speech, one step on the Buddha’s Eightfold Path. Together we’ll reflect on how our words can nurture connection, care, and compassion—or, at times, cause harm. Through meditation and discussion, we’ll develop greater awareness of how we speak and how mindful communication can support a more caring life.
We'll be meditating together as a group. Everyone is welcome, even if you haven't meditated before.
🕒 Time: Doors open at 7:15, and we start the session at 7:30
📍 Location: We meet in the Wellington Friends Centre at the end of Moncrieff Street, up the steps and in the room to the right.
💻 Unable to join us in person? The session will also be streamed on Zoom, meeting room number 919-527-2569. There's no passcode on the room, but you will need to be signed in with a Zoom account to join the meeting.
