Comparing ourselves to others, or to a past or future self, can result in distress, envy or arrogance. But for the human brain to stop comparing is almost impossible. Instead, we can earn to manage unhelpful comparisons and cultivate more satisfaction and gratitude. This Wednesday evening we will explore how to make 'comparison thoughts' helpful in your meditation and wider life, to reduce suffering and increase equanimity for yourself and others. โœจ

We'll also be meditating together as a group. Everyone is welcome, even if you haven't meditated before.

๐Ÿ“ Location: We meet in the Wellington Friends Centre at the end of Moncrieff Street, up the steps and in the room to the right.
