Do you ever wonder what kind of meditation will be of most benefit to you, in any one ‘sitting’ or in your life overall? There are four main methods of meditation taught in Buddhist traditions, and there is good research into the unique benefits of each. This Wednesday we will briefly review these methods and their benefits, to help you match your meditation method to your mood and your goals🧘♀️
We'll also be meditating together as a group.
🕒 Time: Session starts at 7:30, please aim to arrive 10 minutes early to get settled and so we can start on time.
📍 Location: We meet in the Wellington Friends Centre at the end of Moncrieff Street, up the steps and in the room to the right.
💻 Unable to join us in person? The session will also be streamed on Zoom, meeting room number 919-527-2569. There's no passcode on the room, but you will need to be signed in with a Zoom account to join the meeting.
