Many people meditate to strengthen their ability to stay calm and focussed, which is great but meditation has many other uses too. Such as to create healthy motivation to do the things that make a positive difference in our life and our world, even when it feels hard and the future is uncertain. This Wednesday we will learn and practice specific methods for this, drawing on tools from ancient Buddhism and modern psychology.

We'll also be meditating together as a group ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ
