You’ll be gently guided through sacred medicines: Cacao, Amazonian Frog Medicine, Grandmother Plant Medicine and Reiki. Each one meeting you exactly where you are. These aren’t just ceremonies. They’re portals. Spaces to listen, release, and remember.

Heart-opening cacao under the setting sun, your bare feet on the earth, your breath deep and steady. You feel your heart open, ready to set intentions.
Frog medicine brings a deep physical and energetic reset, purging not just toxins, but what you’ve long outgrown.
Grandmother Plant takes you deeper, into the roots of your being, showing you what you’ve forgotten and helping you make peace with what’s been hiding in the shadows.

Each day begins with gentle yoga, meditation, and breathwork to ground your body and spirit. Between ceremonies, there is space to walk in nature, swim in the lake, journal by the river, and simply be.
