Intro to OM

Denver OM is excited to offer our next intro class on Saturday January 19th from 10:00am-6:15pm

Orgasmic Meditation (OM):
Is a consciousness practice.
Is a powerful tool for radical change/transformational work.
Creates a perfect environment to rewire beliefs about sexuality, the
masculine and feminine, boundaries, and barriers.

OM is a 15 min partnered practice where a stroker strokes the upper left hand quadrant, the 1 o’clock spot, of a woman’s clitoris for 15 minutes: (up down, up down) with no goal other than to feel the point of connection and the sensations in their own bodies.

This course is for You if you are ready to take yourself on in a new way and start a new practice.

Intro to OM is being taught by Certified Trainers who have many years of experience practicing and teaching OM to individuals and groups in Colorado.

$150 singles
$225 couples

What you get:

• 5+ hours of interactive content including:
  basic philosophy, benefits, how to setup a nest, how to stroke, live demo and Q&A
• 1 hour coaching throughout optional group lab
  (please note: the lab is optional; therefore, partners are not guaranteed.)

Hours:
10:00 - 4:30pm* Course work including 1 hour break for late lunch
4:30 - 6:15pm* Optional Lab and closing

• End time may be sooner due to the class pace.
