I invite you to gentle online handbuilding classes where meditation and sculpting come together — to help you slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
No experience is needed.

We begin with a 10-minute guided meditation.

• Arriving into the present moment
This meditation helps you calm the mind
and prepare your hands and attention for working with clay.

My name is Olena (Lena).
I am a ceramic artist and sculptor living by the sea in Greece.
With an art and architecture background, I work with clay as a form of therapy, meditation, and freedom.
My teaching style is gentle, attentive, and supportive.
