Welcome to our daily, four-hour writing session! This is part of our *fourteen straight hours* of back-to-back sessions; the full list o' writing marathons can be found [on the OCC event page](https://www.meetup.com/online-creative-collective/events/calendar/).

Everyone is welcome (even if you're not working on your writing). You can stay for the full time, take a break midway, drop in for your lunch/dinner break--whatever you need to make progress towards your goals.

The session starts with short introductions where people share what they're working on, and there is an optional check-in in the middle. At the end, we share our progress (or procrastination problems...) in order to celebrate, commiserate, and support each other.

**Schedule**: (CT times)
3:45pm – intros
4pm – Writing Session #1
6:00 pm – optional check-in
6:10pm – Writing Session #2
7:50pm – check-outs

There are no critiques, read-alouds, or distractions: just time for focus. If there are other elements of this structure that don't work for you, just use the parts that are helpful.
