Writing Retreat in France with Pool

Join us for a week's creative writing retreat on the project of your choice.
Write and relax in a spacious house with pool in Montagnac, 50km West of Montpellier in South France. The charming property has a garden with large swimming pool and is 5km from the tourist town of Pézenas. It has two kitchens, seven double bedrooms and a games room with table football. There are spaces to write and eat both inside and out and several bedrooms also have their own writing desk.
The Writing Retreat is organised to be fun and informal. The event is co-hosted by a husband and wife team, Martin Woods, author of the writing guide, Prompt Me to Write and a sci-fi novel, The Visualiser, and Allison Carmichael, a fine artist who writes under the pseudonym of Erys Lesprit, and has published a book of illustrated poetry, I, Me, Us, We.
There's an exercise each morning, beginning with a section on planning a novel, then on world building, character creation, and creating each act.
The rest of the day is spent in silent writing sessions, chatting, swimming in the pool, and visiting the beautiful surrounds.
Delicious meals are provided in the evening as follows:
- 6 nights - a full vegan meal with organic food where possible and gluten-free options available.
- 1 night - a restaurant visit as part of a trip to the local town of Pézenas (meal not included).
