If you're reading this you're probably looking for a fitness program and/or a community to workout with (because lets admit, that's way more fun!).

Well you're in the right place!

Everyday at 6:30AM we meet online, put on a workout video and move our bodies together! If you decide to sleep on your mat, that's totally fine too, as long as you got up, that's a step in the right direction (I've done this before).

We follow this rough workout schedule throughout the week:

  1. Monday, Wednesday and Friday: Focused on strength and mobility. That means we'll start with mobility routine to get warmed up followed by a program which helps build strength such as pilates, barre, small weight training, calisthenics and maybe even some dancing
  2. Tuesday & Thursday we do a yoga routine and finish the session with a quick 5 mins ab burner (because you can never do enough abs).

Equipment: Mat, yoga blocks, strap or band, small weights and sometimes a chair around your house. Don't sweat too much about it!
