About this group

This is a weekly online (Zoom) guided meditation & awareness practice group in English.

Each session offers a calm, spacious environment to settle the body and nervous system, and to explore awareness and presence with clarity and stability. The core of the practice is mindfulness and awareness training, supported by clear guidance and direct experience.

In addition to awareness-based meditation, the group also offers dedicated deep relaxation meditation sessions. These sessions focus on releasing physical and mental tension and allowing the system to rest deeply, creating supportive conditions for meditation and daily life.

Sessions may include:

guided settling and relaxation of body and attention

periods of silent or lightly guided meditation

This is not therapy and not a quick-fix session. It is a respectful, supportive practice group where regular participation naturally deepens presence, clarity, and inner stability over time.

Format

Live weekly sessions on Zoom, 60–90 minutes.
