Welcome — we’re glad you’re here! This session is designed to help you rest deeply and safely.
This session offers a deeply guided relaxation designed to support nervous system settling and inner calm.
This is not a mindfulness teaching or training.
You won’t be asked to learn techniques or follow any specific method.
Instead, you’ll be gently invited to experience the relaxation in a mindful way — simply noticing sensations, breath, and inner states as they naturally unfold.
The guidance is slow, supportive, and body-based, allowing the mind to rest while awareness remains soft and present.

- 30 minutes of deeply guided relaxation
- Gentle awareness of bodily sensations and inner stillness
- A calm, non-directive approach — nothing to perform or “get right”
- Space for the nervous system to slow down and reset

### 💬 Integration & sharing
After the relaxation, we’ll have about 10 minutes for:
- grounding back into wakefulness
- optional reflection or sharing
- simple integration of the experience
Sharing is always optional — listening is just as welcome.
