Free online mindfulness introduction – open to everyone.
This 40-minute guided session is a gentle introduction to mindfulness and present-moment awareness.

About the facilitator

> The session is guided by a trained mindfulness teacher and instructor, with formal training completed at Holbeck College.
> Alongside structured mindfulness education, he has been deeply studying contemplative and awareness-based traditions for many years, with a strong emphasis on direct experience rather than theory.
> His approach is gentle, practical, and grounded in lived practice.

### What this session includes:

• A short, guided mindfulness practice
• Brief explanation of mindfulness, grounded in direct experience
• A calm, supportive space to rest and reconnect
