This is a simple, guided mindfulness practice session for anyone who wants to slow down and reconnect with present-moment awareness.

Its for you if you want to be more peaceful and want to rest in what is.
its also good for you if you want to overcome fear, anxiety, depression, stress, anger and discontentment.

No prior experience is needed.
Meditation is easier than you think, and i will show you how.
The session is mostly practice-based, with gentle guidance and space for direct experience.

About the facilitator

> The session is guided by a trained mindfulness teacher and instructor, with formal training completed at Holbeck College.
> Alongside structured mindfulness education, he has been deeply studying contemplative and awareness-based traditions for many years, with a strong emphasis on direct experience rather than theory.
> His approach is gentle, practical, and grounded in lived practice.

What we’ll do:

  • grounding & body awareness
  • mindfulness of breathing and sensations
  • open awareness (resting presence)
  • optional short sharing at the end

This is not a lecture or a therapy session — it’s a quiet, experiential space.
