Hello!

This is a casual, community-led group for horse riding lovers in London who want to stay fit for the saddle. Please note: I am not a fitness instructor or riding coach. I am a fellow rider hosting a space where we can work out together.

How it works: We meet via video link 3 times a week to follow along to curated equestrian-focused workout videos together.

  • Mondays: Balance & Stability
  • Wednesdays: Core
  • Fridays: Thighs & Lower Body

After the workouts, the vibe is totally relaxed—stay and chat about your riding experiences if you like, or head off. If the group gets along well and the vibe is right, we can organically plan weekend outings to local London stables for group hacks!

All fitness and riding levels are welcome. Let’s get fit for our horses together!
