If your goal is to eat better and reduce stress before mealtimes, try planning your meals in advance. This accountability session is for those who would like to get serious with this weekly habit.
12:35PM - 12:50PM: Quiet Meal Planning
12:50PM - 1:00PM: Open Forum
Join us every Saturday afternoon and let's chat freely about meal planning, prepping, storage etc. You are encouraged to ask questions, discuss ideas, challenges, wins, struggles, hopes, systems, techniques, what's working, what's not etc. No topic is off limit as long as its loosely related. You can also choose to not talk and absorb from others.
The goal is simple: building accountability for us by regularly engaging on this topic and inspiring each other.
Let's prioritize our health this year!
Pro tip: we can get others involved! Sometimes the planning and shopping falls on one member of the household. When we include our roommate, family, partner and/or children, their voices and preferences are heard which makes them more likely to try new foods and enjoy eating home-cooked meals.
