I will host twice a month, online, meal prepping classes on Saturdays/Sundays. There will be a fee associated to attend. Grocery list and online meeting link will be sent by Wednesday.
The goal is to get you comfortable with cooking easy and delicious gourmet recipes inspired from WFPB diet, from the comfort of your own home kitchen. No fancy equipment or gadgets will be necessary. No advanced knife or cooking skills are required. No expensive ingredients will be required. Come as you are and learn a new delicious recipe!
This is not a strictly vegan or vegetarian diet group. We will follow a plant-forward approach.
