How to get healthy at home? We bring the gym to you. Introducing live, home workouts every other week with easy, exercises for beginners and experts, of all ages, and body types. No equipment needed.
Your workout begins with a releasing exercise routine of stretches. Then we move to exercises designed to stimulate your organs and encourage the flow of chi energy relieving muscle tension, and joint pain, and strengthening circulation. Next, cut loose with the Best Health Dance, a simple dance with easy-to-follow steps that give you an instant boost of energy.
