What we're about
We gather on zoom for a guided meditation at regular times each week. While we can all do this on our own, there is an immense benefit to having joint energy and support from others in the room. I hope this will provide a chance for everyone to reset before bedtime.
Everyone is welcome, as long as we can be respectful of the peaceful space . Whether you are interested in experiencing or already appreciate mindfulness meditation, you can join us. No experience is necessary.
I will play a piece of gentle music and guide our sessions with a different theme each time. No audio or video from participants is necessary. This is an entirely experiential time for everyone in silence.
Meditation and Mindfulness have been pivotal in my own healing and in the journey to heal for my clients as a counselor as well as an important tool for my coaching clients. I want to share this with everyone through this group. You can learn more about me at www.ceciliading.com
