Narcissistic Abuse Recovery

After being married to a narcissist for almost 19 years and finally getting out.
I thought it would be a good idea to create a group for others who are either still in a narcissistically abusive relationship and trying to get out, or those who are still trying to heal from one they already got out of.
I know how hard it is to be stuck in this type of relationship, how hard is is to get out, and how hard it is to heal from. I just got out in January and am on my healing journey. Having 3 kids with this women, I have a long road ahead of me still.
It is usually very isolating because no one understands what your going through unless they have been through it themselves.
I will share what I have learned and what has helped me to finally get out and what has been helping me heal. And others can share their stories as well.
I am not sure if people want to meet in person or over zoom.
I am just seeing if there is any interest in this type of group!
