Come and explore what your body has to say.
This is a short, gentle online session where we slow down together and turn attention inward. Using a simple body-based practice called Focusing, guided by Clean Language questions, we follow whatever is present in your body โ without agenda, without trying to fix or change anything. These sessions are offered as part of my training, and by joining you are both supporting my practice and giving yourself a moment of genuine inner listening.

What we might explore
Sessions can go in different directions depending on what feels right for you:
๐ General body awareness โ simply noticing what's alive in your body right now. Sensations, feelings, a sense of movement, a mood. No particular topic needed.
๐ฑ A light theme from your life โ if there's something everyday you've been curious about โ a decision, a transition, a creative question โ we can gently notice what your body holds around it. This is not problem-solving or advice-giving. We simply follow what's there.
There's no right or wrong direction. We follow what's there.

What to expect
- A warm welcome and a moment to settle in
- ~15 minutes of guided body focusing using Clean Language
- Up to 10 minutes of reflection together afterward
- A quiet, unhurried pace โ you can slow down or stop at any moment

I am a trainee, not a qualified practitioner. These sessions are not therapy, counselling, or any form of medical or psychological treatment, and should not be treated as a substitute for professional support.
Sessions are best suited to everyday life themes and gentle curiosity. If you are currently navigating something emotionally overwhelming, experiencing a mental health crisis, or are in a particularly vulnerable period, I kindly encourage you to seek support from a qualified professional instead.

Who this is for
Adults of all backgrounds and experience levels who are curious about body awareness, inner listening, or simply wanting to slow down for a moment. No prior experience needed โ just a comfortable space and an open mind.

What happens after you sign up
Once you register, I will send you a Zoom link and a consent form via the platform. Please read through the consent form before our session โ it is short, clear, and there to make sure you feel fully informed and comfortable before we begin. ๐ค
After the session, I will send you a short anonymous feedback form asking how I did as a practitioner. No personal data is collected or stored at any point โ not before, during, or after the session. Your feedback is entirely anonymous and voluntary. ๐
